CLEAR TERMS. NO NOISE.

You set the boundaries.

Optional analytics stays off until you choose it. Saying no won’t block the waitlist.

Remembering your choice

The site uses browser local storage—not an advertising cookie—to remember whether you accept or reject optional analytics. The key is pump.ninja:analytics-consent:v1. It contains your choice, its version, and the time it was saved. The site treats it as valid for up to 180 days, then asks again; your browser may retain the stored entry until it is replaced or cleared.

If local storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page session. Clearing browser site data also clears this preference. Set your choice separately in each browser or device.

Optional PostHog analytics

If configured and accepted, PostHog receives limited page and signup-step events. Its visitor identifiers are kept in page memory rather than persistent analytics cookies or local storage. Reloading the page starts a new in-memory identity.

We do not enable session replay, automatic click/form capture, advertising tracking, or person profiles. Email addresses, form answers, profile URLs, query strings, and unsubscribe tokens are filtered out of the events we send. Network requests still reach PostHog’s servers.

Choose Privacy choices below to accept or reject analytics. Withdrawal stops future events; it does not erase previously received events. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals override an analytics opt-in and keep collection off.

Site delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. An enabled signup dialog loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. This security check is separate from optional analytics and processes technical browser and network signals.

Browser controls can block cookies, storage, or scripts, but blocking necessary security code may prevent signup. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile addendum for its processing practices.

Email links and other services

The unsubscribe link carries a random token in the URL fragment. The hosting server does not receive that fragment; our page sends it to the unsubscribe handler only when you confirm. The page removes it from the address bar after a successful update.

The confirmation template does not include our own tracking images. Email providers process recipient, message, and delivery information to send mail. See the service-provider list and privacy notice for more information.
