1. Scope and access
These terms apply to your use of the pump.ninja website, interactive product previews, and waitlist. Use the site lawfully and only submit an email address or profile that you are authorized to use. The waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older.
The current site does not provide a trading account, brokerage, exchange, custody service, or wallet connection. Any future paid or account-based product may have separate terms presented before you choose to use it.
2. Research, not financial advice
Content, token rankings, scores, charts, and commentary are for general informational and research purposes. They are not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, a personalized recommendation, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a promise of returns.
Crypto assets can be extremely volatile, illiquid, manipulated, or fraudulent. You may lose your entire investment. A high score or favorable historical illustration does not establish that an asset is safe or suitable for you. Independently verify information and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.
All token scores, prices, returns, and research displays currently shown on this landing page are illustrative demo data, not live market information. A mention of an asset is not an endorsement.
3. What joining the waitlist means
Joining expresses interest in launch or early access; it does not reserve an investment, create a paid subscription, guarantee a launch date, or promise admission or any particular feature or price. Budget selections are research answers, not purchase commitments.
Creator interest does not create an affiliate relationship, compensation entitlement, or partnership. Any future arrangement requires a separate agreement.
When you choose to receive waitlist emails, you can unsubscribe using the email link or by contacting the team. Optional analytics is a separate choice. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit someone else’s information without permission, send spam, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or use automated requests to abuse the signup service. Do not represent demo content as verified or live investment analysis.
You may browse and share links to the public site. The site’s original branding, design, and content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not override third-party or open-source licenses or rights that applicable law gives you.
5. Availability and third-party services
The preview and roadmap may change, and the site may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Links to outside sites do not imply endorsement. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Our service-provider list describes the services supporting this website and waitlist.
6. Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use information from the site. Pump.ninja does not make investment decisions for you or guarantee outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These website terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or select an exclusive court or jurisdiction. If you have a concern, contact the team; your applicable legal rights remain available.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the site develops. Updates will be posted with a revised date, with additional notice where required. A future product or materially different use of information will not be treated as something you already agreed to merely by joining this waitlist.
