CLEAR TERMS. NO NOISE.

Your data. Your call.

What the website collects, why it is used, and how you stay in control.

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers the pump.ninja landing page, product previews, waitlist, and related launch emails. It does not describe a live trading platform or a wallet service. You can browse the site without joining the waitlist or accepting optional analytics.

If registration is marked unavailable, the preview form does not send or save what you enter. When registration is available, the following waitlist practices apply.

2. Information you choose to provide

  • Waitlist details: your email address, preferred research signal (including a short description if you choose Other), selected monthly budget range, and whether you are interested in early access or creator participation.
  • Creator details: the public channel or profile URL you submit with a creator-interest request.
  • Email preferences: the time and version of your consent, subscription status, unsubscribe time, and technical identifiers used to process your request and prevent duplicate messages.
  • Messages to us: information you include when you email the team for help or make a privacy request.

The budget question is product research, not a request for your income, holdings, or financial accounts. Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, wallet balances, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

3. Technical information and optional analytics

Hosting and security providers process network information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. When you open an enabled signup form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse.

PostHog analytics is optional and starts only after you accept it. Our integration sends page paths and events about opening, submitting, accepting, or failing a signup request, together with random in-memory visitor/session identifiers and a creator or early-access category. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity.

We do not include email addresses, research answers, profile URLs, URL query strings, or unsubscribe tokens in analytics events. Session replay, automatic interaction capture, advertising pixels, and person profiles are disabled in this integration. PostHog still receives network requests as the analytics provider.

See Cookies & choices for browser storage, consent expiry, and privacy signals.

4. Why information is used

Waitlist information is used to record your interest, send a confirmation and launch/early-access updates you requested, understand research preferences, and handle creator-interest enquiries. It is not used to execute trades or give individualized investment recommendations.

Technical information helps prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and operate the site. Optional analytics helps us understand whether the site and signup flow work well. Communications and preference records help us respond to you and respect your choices.

Where European or UK data-protection rules apply, consent is the basis for optional analytics and requested waitlist marketing. Necessary operation, security, and responding to enquiries rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Information may also be processed when necessary to meet a legal obligation. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Who receives information

The service-provider list explains the roles of Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, and PostHog. Waitlist records are not a public directory. Backend services access them to process submissions, confirmations, and unsubscribe requests.

We do not sell waitlist details or send them to advertising networks for cross-site targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights, security, or people, subject to applicable law.

Providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Privacy laws can differ between countries. Contact us for information about applicable processing locations and transfer arrangements.

6. Retention and security

Waitlist records are kept for operating the waitlist and managing the preferences you give us. Retention depends on whether the waitlist is still active, whether you have withdrawn consent or requested deletion, and whether a record is needed to respect an opt-out, handle a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

Unsubscribing stops future waitlist marketing but does not automatically delete your database record or research answers. A suppression record helps prevent an accidental new subscription. You can separately request deletion by emailing us.

Queued confirmation content is encrypted in the application database and normally cleared after provider acceptance or cancellation. Delivery identifiers and status records may remain for troubleshooting. Providers may retain their own service logs and backups under their retention practices.

Access restrictions, encrypted connections, and limited analytics collection help protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Stop waitlist emails: use the unsubscribe link in an email and confirm on the page, or contact [email protected]. No account, payment, or wallet connection is needed. A message already in delivery may still arrive.
  • Control analytics: use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Rejecting analytics does not prevent signup. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off.
  • Request information or a change: email us to ask for access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing. The rights available depend on your location and applicable law.
  • Appeal or complain: if a request is declined, you can ask us to reconsider. Where applicable, you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

We may need to verify control of the relevant email address or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing personal information. Please do not send identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification process has been agreed. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not reduce your access to the public website.

8. Children and changes

The waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and the information removed where required.

This notice may change as the product develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or otherwise communicated where required; new purposes requiring consent will need a new choice.
